“April 19 2020 was the date of our “Hindu Temple of Fresno “ dine for a cause event Raj, Rasoi & Kahania. The proceeds of this event would support our goal of making our temple debt free.

At the event, foods from various Indian regions was to be made by our hard working temple devotees and volunteers and served with love and reverence to our attendees.  The generosity and support from the sponsors as well as our community was overwhelming and though we could not host the event, the funds collected through your support helped our temple become debt tree. We will forever be grateful for this.

As a token of our gratitude, we want to share the recipes of the “Rasoi” that our volunteers had planned for the evening. This website showcases these recipes and some special foods that we hope bring the flavor and love of India into your homes.”
