Ingredients
1 cup Toor daal
1/2 cup chopped dill
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oil
Jeera
Cumin
Hing
Turmeric
Salt
Tamarind paste
1 tbsp ghee
Cooking Instructions
Pressure cook daal
Heat oil and add jeera, cumin and hing
When it starts to pop add turmeric and then dill
Cook for 3 minutes then add cooked daal
Add tamarind and salt to taste
Boil for 10 minutes
Heat a little ghee and add crushed garlic and top off to heated daal just before eating
