Mango Kulfi

All time favorite Indian dessert


Ingredients:

  • Condensed milk- 1can (14oz)

  • Evaporated milk-1can (12 oz)

  • Whipping cream- one container (16 oz)

  • White bread- 3 slices- blend to make into coarse powder

  • Almond and pistachio pieces

  • Cardamom powder

  • Mango pulp- keep adding till desired taste**

  • Saffron- few stands

** For plain kulfi, skip mango pulp. You can use your imagination to try other flavors


Cooking Instructions:

  • Add everything in a large container. Add mango pulp from tin till the desired flavor obtained. Mix well

  • Pour into a aluminum pan or any container and freezer. On the other hand, you can pour into small containers for individual use and freeze it.
