Paan Ladoo

Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp ghee

  • 1 cup coconut finely shredded

  • 1/2 can condensed milk

  • 1/4 cup paan masala

  • 1/4 tsp green food color

  • Gulkand

Cooking Instructions:
  • Heat ghee add finely shredded coconut and roast till the coconut is very light pink. Add condensed milk, paan masala and cook till it is soft dough consistency. Add green food color mix well and remove from the stove

  • Take one tablespoon of mixture in your hand and spread it a bit and add gulkand in the center. Roll them in round shape. Store them in an air tight container in refrigerator till ready to serve
