Ingredients:
6-8 wax peppers
1 Cup besan/garbanzo flour
1 tsp Anise roughly grounded
1/8 cup peanuts grounded
1/8 cup sesame seeds blended
1 tbsp brown sugar
Pinch of Hing
Pinch of citric acid
1/8 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp coriander powder
¼ cup chopped cilantro
salt to taste
1 serving spoon oil
Directions:
Roast besan on low heat till pinkish color
Wash, slit peppers, remove seeds
Mix all the ingredients
Stuff the Peppers
Spray a baking dish, arrange Peppers
Spray top of the pepper, sprinkle water
Pinch of Hing
Cover with foil
Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 mins
Cook longer if besan is not cooked
